Reasons for WordPress Memory Exhausted Error

WordPress has been developed with the PHP programming language. WordPress hosting server’s support is required to run the website frequently.
The server is similar to compute. It also runs several applications that require memory. The server allocates separate memory sizes for distinct applications.
If the allocated memory is not sufficient for PHP then the error takes place.
If your PHP memory has less than 64 MB memory limit then it will try to enhance the memory limit automatically.
Though 64MB is sufficient to support to function of the website properly.
There are some other ways to increase PHP memory.

Firstly, the user needs an open wp-config.php file from the WordPress site’s root folder to make some fundamental editing. The editing requires an FTP client or file manager.
Then the user has to write the code (given below) before ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging’ this line in wp-config.php file

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );

By this text, WordPress may enhance the PHP memory maximum to 256 MB.
After doing the changes the user should save the file for uploading to the server.
